App description
An operational planning and simulation workspace for IT leaders, infrastructure teams, SREs, technical program managers, and change owners. LokaOps turns scattered operational records into a navigable command center.
Build a visual 42U rack inventory with asset tags, network details, power draw, thermal status, support vendors, and warranty dates. Scan supported asset codes and export rack information as CSV.
Separate capital assets from operating services, model depreciation and run rates, review invoice variance, flag unused software seats, and estimate potential savings before vendor true-ups.
Track contract renewals and notice windows, organize vendor support cases, visualize time remaining against commitments, and estimate service credits when a ticket breaches its target.
Structure change requests with risk, implementation, validation, and rollback details. Record approvals with optional device authentication and review modeled delivery velocity.
Launch a focused war-room workflow, rehearse synthetic outage scenarios, replay incident timelines, document root causes, and create structured post-mortems for team learning.
Model 24-month technology spend across headcount, cloud growth, inflation, and refresh cycles. Review executive KPIs, SLO health, meeting actions, and compliance readiness records.
LokaOps includes modeled data, simulations, and planning tools. Validate records and decisions against your organization’s approved monitoring, identity, billing, ticketing, compliance, and change-management systems.

Privacy policy
Effective September 7, 2026
This policy explains how LokaPublisher handles information in LokaOps version 1.0 for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. Select a heading to read each section.
LokaOps lets you work with infrastructure assets, budgets, software-license counts, invoices, vendor contracts, SLA tickets, change requests, incident notes, meeting records, post-mortems, compliance records, and organization preferences. In the current version, LokaPublisher does not operate an app backend that receives this content.
The current version of LokaOps does not require an account, include third-party advertising, sell personal information, or use cross-app tracking. LokaPublisher does not receive analytics, advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, health information, or financial account credentials from the app.
If you choose to scan an asset tag, LokaOps requests camera access. Camera frames are processed on the device to recognize supported codes. LokaOps does not upload the camera feed or save photographs as part of scanning. You can deny or revoke camera permission in system settings and enter information manually where available.
When you use biometric sign-off for a change request, authentication is performed by Apple’s LocalAuthentication system. LokaOps receives only the result of the attempt. It cannot access, store, or transmit your Face ID, Touch ID, or Optic ID biometric template.
App preferences may be stored locally on your device. Some operational records may be held in the app while you use it. When you create an export, LokaOps generates the file on the device and lets you choose where to save or share it through Apple’s system interface. A destination you select handles the exported file under its own privacy terms. You are responsible for ensuring exports comply with your organization’s policies.
If you email support, we receive your email address and information you voluntarily include. We use it to investigate and respond, maintain support records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion unless retention is required for security, legal, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
Apple may process App Store transactions, crash information you choose to share, device diagnostics, and system-level permission activity under Apple’s terms. If you export information to another app or service, that provider’s privacy policy applies after the information leaves LokaOps.
Protect your device with a passcode, keep the operating system updated, and store exported files only in approved locations. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting LokaOps from your device. Files exported outside the app must be deleted from their destination separately.
LokaOps is a professional IT operations tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information through a support request, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We may update this policy when LokaOps features or legal requirements change. The revised policy will show a new effective date. When required, we will provide appropriate notice before a material change takes effect.
